This is a gorgeous, vintage holy water font for home devotions. The burnished metal corpus is mounted on a decoratively cut wooden background. The piece has a rich, dark finish and appears to be hardwood.
This a beautiful Art Deco font. It is metal medallion of the Blessed Virgin Mary in profile with her hands folded in prayer encircled by a simple halo. The medallion is placed on a wooden plaque stained a rich walnut brown with marbled bakelite detailing and a fluted glass bowl.
This is an extraordinary antique holy water font. At its center is a large medallion showing St. Therese holding a crucifix and a bouquet of roses. Around her are the words “Saint Therese of the Infant Jesus” in Spanish. A golden dove, representing the Holy Ghost, is depicted above the medallion. Absolutely gorgeous!
